- Gating mechanisms and ionic selectivity of channels in black lipid membranes: Interactions between two lipid membranes.
- Fluctuation and relaxation analyses in artificial and biological membranes.
- Properties of the channel peptides Gramicidin A and Monazomycin.
- Ionic selectivity of Gramicidin channels.
- Development of high resolution electrophysiological measurements.
- Open-close kinetics of ion channels in nerve and muscle membrane.
- Ionic channels in chromaffin cell membrane.
- Cellular processes involving changes in surface area as measured in membrane capacitance.
- Mechanisms of secretion control in mamallian cells.
- Simultaneous measurement of intracellular calcium concentration and ionic currents in single cells.
- Mechanisms of short term synaptic plasticity.
- Cellular Ca++ buffering and Ca++ diffusion.
