·         Documentation of workshops such as "Developmental Evaluation" which was held at the university main campus and transmitted to the university units throughout Riyadh on 13/9/1428H.

·         Documentation of the workshop on "NANO Research in Universities and as a means towards fulfilling the Vision of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques" held on 16 – 17 /10/1428H at the university main campus.

·         Documentation of the informal gathering of "Distinguished Students" held on 9/8/1428H.

·         Actual and Practical Specifications for setting up an e –education and remote learning venue between the university part at Malaz and the main campus at Dir'yah.

While these examples relate to facilitating particular events, the center's role is not limited to such areas of interests. In fact, it is heavily involved in whatever relates to the educational process. It follows up and coordinates the work for the university preparatory year facilities, including the buildings, lecture halls, auditoriums, and equipment. A clear case in point is the center's supervision and involvement in the new buildings of the College of Architecture and Planning. When it comes to technical and technological specifications, the center's recommendations are a must.
