The Arab cooperation in higher education and scientific research should occupy a prominent position since it is a wide-ranging area of genuine partnership, fruitful cooperation, and a bridge between the various Arab countries. In fact, such cooperation was one of the main decisions made by the Arab leaders during the last Arab Summit in Riyadh.
