The program will be monitored by a supervisory board of trustees led by the vice-rector for branches, Professor Ali Al-Ghamdi and two members; namely the chairman of the program supervision unit, Dr. Abdulrahim Arafah, and the leader of the consulting team. The program supervision unit is formed by the following committees:

1 - The committee for administrative support

2 - The committee for financial affairs

3 - The committee for technical follow up

4 - The committee for information and public relations
