This National Program of the HRH Prince Nayef bin Abdul-Aziz for Security Studies was launched to support intellectual development and advancement of the principles of security based on modern science and in keeping the principles of Islam, which preserves the rights of people.

Under the leadership of the Kingdom in the Arab and Islamic worlds and the vision of moderation and of the humanitarian dimension of the Kingdom, it is imperative to strengthen scientific research in the field of intellectual security.

Thus, this program seeks to combine the dimensions of applied and theoretical documentation and intellectual phenomena of security-related concept of "comprehensive security" and disseminating these ideas to society.
