The Scottish Universities Discuss the Aspects of Scientific and Research Interests and the Mutual Scientific Cooperation with King Saud University.

 

 

On behalf of His Excellency, King Saud University Rector, Professor Ali Al Ghamdi, King Saud University Deputy-Rector for Branches Affairs met on Sunday (6/5/1429H) with a delegation of the Scottish universities' rectors to discuss the aspects of scientific and research interests, as well as the mutual scientific cooperation. The meeting was attended by Their Excellencies the Deans of the Colleges of Science, Pharmacy, and Dentistry.

Within the activities of the Center for Research Excellence in Bio Diversity, Professor Awadh bin Metereek Al Johani, Dean of the College of Science, met with the delegation of the Scientific Studies at the British Council visiting King Saud University, which comprises all of: Martin Anderson, Director General for the Scientific Studies, Sarah Meyeh, Regional Director for the Middle-East, and Abeer Al Oulmi, Director of Scientific Projects and Women's Projects.

 

His Excellency Professor Al Johani discussed in the presence of the Chiefs of Departments at the College of Science and the Acting Director of the Center for Research Excellence in Bio Diversity, a number of issues of mutual interest between the College of Science and the British Council, such as the research in the field of water, renewable energy, and the Nanotechnology.
