1. On your Samsung Galaxy S (or Android 2.1+) phone, press the Menu Button, then select Settings

2. Select Accounts and Sync

3. Select Add Account

4. Select Corporate (or Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync)

5. Enter in the following information...

Email Address: your full KSU email address
Password: your KSU email password

6. Select Next

7. Enter in the following information...

Domain\Username: ksu1\username
Password: should be pre-filled with your KSU email password
Exchange Server: mail.ksu.edu.sa
Use secure connection (SSL): (checked)

8. Select Next

9. The phone will now verify the account information...

 
10. Select Next.

11. Enter in the following information...

Give this account a name (optional): KSU Email
Your Name (displayed on outgoing messages): Your Name

12. Select Done

13. Your Galaxy S / Android 2.1+ phone will now begin synchronizing your Exchange information, please give it a few minutes to synchronize this information. To verify that your information is properly synchronizing, open up either the Email, Contacts, or Calendar app.
