Due to the international scientific jump during the last decade heading towards Entrepreneurship concepts and modern applied education, and moving towards knowledge based economy in higher education, it is necessary to have a specialized scientific association in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia that is responsible for Entrepreneurship. Therefore, the concept of the association emerged to embody the importance of integration of efforts and cooperation between the specialists to get the maximum benefit from such science, in addition to what the association represents of communication channel among the specialists and the private sector, promote awareness and provide consultancy in this field.
