The Deanship of Graduate Studies / Female Students’ Affairs

 

Is the administrative body in charge of graduate female students’ affairs such as: receiving new applicants’ files; registering students in courses of programs on to which they are admitted and enrolled; following up on students’ statute’s matters; updating students on them and advising them on necessary procedures in case of anomaly.

The female section of the Deanship of Graduate Studies is also responsible for running classes taught by male instructors to female students through the close circuit television and the electronic media. It also supervises and invigilates exams of such courses besides arranging for comprehensive exams and theses’ oral defense.

The female administrative section of the Graduate School also offers additional services to female students such as making available for students’ inspection theses completed at King Saud University. It also takes care of students’ financial affairs like follow up on their regular monthly allowance, annual book allowance and final theses typing and binding pay, in addition to processing requests for research financial support in cases where students need such service.
