Announcement for the students expected to graduate

Deanship of Admission and Registration affairs congratulates in advance all the students who are expected to graduate at the end of first, second or summer semester of academic year 2008/2009, and it hopes for graduates to check up with the department of graduates affairs in the deanship. For female students, to check up with the admission and registration department for female students, bringing with them copy of the passport to add or modify the name in English so as to be printed on the graduation certificate. In the case of the desire to amend the name in Arabic, a copy of the identification card or the family booklet and a copy of high school certificate in order to avoid the re-issuance of the certificate after receipt.

Students can send a copy of the passport on the Fax (4677810) writing the university number, for female students on the Fax (4351758).
