1)  Using international standards in designing training programs and assessing performance.

3)  Constructing programs to reinforce and develop the creativity and excellence among KSU faculty through granting awards for the creative staff members.

4)  Developing, reinforcing, and supporting the training leaders.

5)  Setting procedures necessary to motivate and encourage attendance of training programs and courses.

6)  Adopting the principle of local, regional, and international cooperation and experience-sharing.

7)  Establishing programs for academic partnership and supporting experience and program-sharing with similar world-wide higher education institutions in the field of skills development.
