Criteria of being University Staff
1. Managerial: AUDUS employees who manage a division or subdivision of a major academic or administrative unit and/or exercise significant knowledge, discretion and independent judgment gained through advanced education or experience.
2. Executive Administrative/ Executive Secretary : AUDUS employees on limited term appointments having significant administrative responsibilities and duties and exercising considerable independent discretion which includes:

Faculty
The Tenured
When a person is invited to join the faculty, the relevant dean writes a letter specifying the proposed conditions of employment. If accepted and approved by both parties final agreement will be made.
We recognize the importance of academic freedom for faculty and students as an essential ingredient of an environment of academic excellence. An election without term is a fundamental means of achieving academic freedom in the University community. Faculty members may be elected without term after a probationary period as assistant professor and promotion to a higher rank, as associate professor (with or without a probationary period), and as professor in excellent performance with full time term.
