Objectives
AUDUS was launched through the leadership of his excellence, Dr. Ali Al-Ghamdi, Vice Rector of King Saud University and Director of the Knowledge Exchange and Technology Transfer (KETT) with the primary objective of attracting distinguished faculty members all over the globe that will help boost King Saud University in becoming a competitive academic university not only in the Middle East but in the whole world in general.To achieve this objective, the Vice-Rector has appointed Dr. Omar S. Al-Attas, a distinguished professor from the College of Science to guide and supervise AUDUS in the recruitment, screening and selection of deserving candidates coming from different fields of science, engineering and the arts.
