Along with teaching and research, King Saud University provides health and social services. To be sure, such services come as part of the essential objectives of the comprehensive development scheme set for the community. Free health services, essential as they are, have materialized in the establishment of the highly recognized King Khalid University Hospital (KKUH).
It enjoys highly qualified consultants, carefully chosen physicians, nursing staff, and personnel, in addition to the latest technological equipment. Accommodating the students of the College of Medicine and in-and-out patients, the hospital renders its services 24 hours a day, seven days a week all year round.

King Abdulaziz University Hospital (KAUH) is another highly recognized and fully staffed and equipped health institution. Comprising a highly qualified and well selected group of consultants, physicians, nursing staff, and personnel, KAUH has been serving the public for over 40 years.

Serving more than two million patients, both hospitals comprise highly skilled and able specialists who made it possible to have an efficient local alternative to seeking treatment abroad.
