College of Arts and Science in wadi addwasir was established according to the decree from the high education ministry number 33/28/18248 issued  in 11/6/1426 which concern guidance to take the intransitive decisions to establish the college in   wadi addwasir .this is because the increasing numbers of secondary school students in this conservatism and its neighbor. The number of secondary students in wadi addwasir reach 2661 student in 1424/1425.

    Study in college of arts and science in wadi addwasir started in the first semester 1428 with acceptance of 800 student in the four following department:-Arabic language, English language, Mathematics and computer science. Moreover there was approximately 18 academic staff in this department in the first semester.

     The college hopes to open new departments in the next years.

Goals

1.      Student acquired the principle scientific knowledge and scientific thinking after obtained his bachelor degree.

2.      Student acquired the ability to apply knowledge and scientific analytic.

3.      To fulfill the labor market needs from the training Saudi graduates.

4.      Prepares student for high graduate studies and scientific researches in different fields.
