Quality is - surely - considered as a prime requirement in higher education to which all universities strive to achieve; this is because it is through quality that they achieve high ranks within the list of distinguished and esteemed international universities and institutions .
Naturally a number of distinguished universities - spread around the world - endeavor to apply advanced quality techniques to improve on their faculty performance and guarantee the quality of their throughput .
It is worth noting, however, that – in realization of this role – College of Business Administration in Al Kharj (CBAK) has stressed on 'quality' in evaluation and academic accreditation.
To adopt applying 'quality' in its comprehensive sense so that CBAK can survive the fierce international competition of reputed and high ranking institutions for an advanced position .

Setting general strategies to be applied in the CBAK .

Performance evaluation and quality assurance of the CBAK administrative and academic units .

Satisfy the CBAK objective in respect of quality and academic accreditation issues.

Provide support and advice to all CBAK units in respect of quality and academic accreditation .

Organization of CBAK activities related to the preparation and execution of evaluation and academic accreditation plans as well as quality assurance in academic and administrative CBAK units.

Approval of formation of quality and academic accreditation committees and follow up of execution of their duties.

Enhancement of quality and performance across the CBAK and its administrative and academic units .

Establishment of Scientific and Professional relations between the CBAK and similar institutions reputed in quality and academic accreditation.

Strive to raise the CBAK academic and professional classification.

Build distinguished quality, evaluation and academic accreditation expertise in education .

Supervise execution of the strategic plan programs by various CBAK units.

Undertake all that is necessary to fulfill the objectives and tasks of the administration.
Tasks

General supervision over all authorities having to do with the quality administration.

Layout the role of the underlying units, approve their work plans and keep on their continuous development .

Approval of formation of committees related to departments and units having to do with the administration for the fulfillment of its objectives.

Represent the CBAK at external bodies and commissions in respect of functions naturally related to the administration of quality and academic accreditation .

Use of different means ( procures, books, workshop, seminars ,lectures , etc.) to spread and propagate quality culture and strategic planning as well as data related to evaluation and academic accreditation across academic and administrative departments of the CBAK .

Formation of committees and work teams necessary for the study of matters related to the administration in preparation for setting suitable plans for enhancing quality and performance across the academic and administrative departments .
