Colleges Vice for Academic Affair is responsible for preparing the college academic plans at the third semesters of the one academic year, the same is generally fulfilled in conjunction with different College department to reach to the academic schedule that accommodate with the College ambitions and it's academic plans aiming to find advanced educational plans that shall be implemented with the best educational techniques, the important thing is to find academic schedule accommodating from it's periods and groups with the academic plan main requirements and the scientific department abilities at the College, teaching auditoriums, students's preparation and what they are in need for from harmony a the different academic syllabus College Vice Dean for educational affairs plays an affective role at the college students registration process and secure the minimum limit of each student of all different academic credits by processing the students cases who do not obtain the sufficient number of the academic credits to guarantee their graduation at suitable places or his adjustment of the students situation whose gradation is expected at the one academic semester.
In addition to the above mentioned, College Vice Dean for educational affairs shall in conjunction with the student affairs committee shall participate in adjusting the failed students at the college, who are in need of exception academic opportunities or those who were absent for the study or exceed the double duration, this is done by studying their cases and report the same to the concerned departments at the college.
