Center is to provide studies and research and consulting in the following areas:

• In the legal field

1. Conducting comparative legal studies, and highlight the specificity of Saudi law as an element of the system subject to legislative legitimacy.
2. Provide legal advice in civil and criminal, commercial, administrative, financial and international levels.
3. Preparation and study of the various rules and regulations.
4. The drafting of legal contracts of various kinds.

• In the political sphere

The Center to provide information and data and statistics and various studies and research in the areas of political and scientific consultancy for the various political institutions to assist them in formulating and implementing plans and programs on the basis of science.

It also contributes to the formation of the Center in the printing and publication of different books, foremost political writers, and university research faculty members, and the status of the various scientific publishing and translation of the publications to be issued in different languages and according to need.
