The Society is one of the scientific societies, which have been established in accordance with the followed rules governing scientific societies in Saudi Universities, issued by the Higher Education Council No. (10/15/1420 discussed in the (15th) meeting of the Higher Education Council on 02/01/1420 AH and decreed by consent of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Prime Minister and Head of the Higher Education Council – may Allah keep him in good health – in his Royal directive No. 284 dated 03/16/1421 AH.
