The Deanship of Skills Development concludes a program on data processing for statistical operations by using the SPSS program

A program on «data-processing for statistical operations by using of SPSS program, organized by the Deanship of the Skills Development for the university staff in Malaz was held from 6 to 10/6/1430. The program was presented by Dr. Sawsan Abul Ela, member of the teaching staff of the Faculty of Education.

The program discussed a wide range of topics on cognitive and performance skills of statistical operations and the collection of data, the nature of problems and issues to be dealt with statistically, the skills of preparation, planning, and implementation of statistical operations' research, and the skills of designing data forms and questionnaires, techniques and methods of data collection for the purposes of statistical analysis, and the skills and techniques of statistical data analysis and review and processing of data for analysis purposes. These also include data processing for SPSS program, and statistical data analysis using the SPSS statistical program as well as operation and analysis of data statistically, and discussion and interpretation of the analysis results, and preparation of the final report of the research and presentation skills of the personal presentation.

 
The Deanship aimed, by holding this program, to meet the needs of the faculty members to have an access to accurate scientific results to enable them to assess the attitudes, examine the phenomena and make decision through statistical information and data and the quantitative methods that help in relying on measurable information by using the SPSS statistical program and preparation and processing of data and of operational Statistics.
