ACEJMC Inspects Mass Communication Dept.
An entourage of Council on Education in Journalism & Mass Communications (ACEJMC) is paying a visit to the mass communication department this week.
The entourage includes Professor Will Norton, dean of Communication College in University of Nebraska, and Prof. Paul Parsons, Elon University, USA.
Prof. Dr. Fahd Al-Kheraijy, chair of mass communication department, welcomes the visit, noting that it is a step ahead towards gaining academic accreditation.
Prof. Dr. Ali AlKarni, Chair of Quality Committee and Academic Accreditation, said the two professors shall be briefed on the department activities, plans, curricula, and plans. They shall meet with the faculty members, postgraduates, and a number of media and newspapers representatives.
