First Satellite Lab of KSU Inaugurated
The first satellite lab in Paris, affiliated to King Saud University (KSU), was inaugurated by Professor Dr. Ali Al-Ghamdy, vice-rector of King Saud University.
In statements, Professor Dr. Abdullah Al-Othman, president of King Saud University (KSU), said," the lab is one of the fruits of the visit by King Abullah bin Abdulaziz, Custodian of the two Holy Mosques, to France. Additional six labs will be established soon in Max Plank Institute; Germany, University of Leeds; UK, Illinois university; USA, Shanghai University; China, National University of Singapore, and ITT; India.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by Dr. Abdullah Al-Khatib, the director of the French-Saudi program for genetic diseases causing infectious diseases. Amongst French side, Professor Philip Evian, chairman of Necker hospital, and professor J. L. Casanova. Jean-Laurent Casanova, Professor of Pediatrics.
