RTV Inks Memo of Understanding

 The Riyadh Techno Valley (RTV) inked a memo of understanding  last Monday with the Dubai-based Gulf Research Centre to exchange information and expertise.

RTV is keen to forge a network of relations with the houses of expertise to better receive consulting and researching information technology services. The RTV shall co-hold seminars and conferences; co-conduct studies to sharpen human capacities; co-hold joint projects; and cooperate in promoting innovation and knowledge-based economy concept, said Dr. Rachid Mesfer, RTV assistant director.

Under the memo of understanding, the RTV shall have a detailed action plans; name the personnel

 to assume assignments of several  projects; fix timeframes and durations of specific plans, said Ubaidah bin Jawdat,  RTV director of investment and marketing .
