Prince Sattam Graces RTV

H.R.H. Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz, Acting Governor of ar-Riyadh Region, opened the new headquarter of Riyadh Techno Valley (RTV).

He was atop of an entourage comprising H.R.H. Prince Megren bin Abdulaziz, Chief of the General Intelligence Presidency, H.E. Prof. Khalid Al-Angary, Minister of Higher Education, and H.E. Prof. Dr. Abdullah Al-Othman, the KSU President.

The whole entourage listened to an explanation of  RTV activities given by Dr. Waleed Al-Zahanry, RTV vice-president for Management and Investment, and Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Dosary, RTV vice-president for Technology and Engineering. They explained RTV  mission, vision, plans, and  philosophy.

In statements, Prof. Dr. Ali Alghamdy, KSU Vice-President for Higher Studies and Scientific Research and RTV President, says the RTV lures national and international  companies to invest in sciences and technologies; activates scientific research on campus; and generates technology and transfer it to investing companies within the RTV.

The KSU is resolute to harness technology to turn into  RTV institutions into economic ones which makes knowledge-economy stand firm and fosters exchange between producing and consuming countries.
