KSU Conducts Diabetes Researches

Believing in its role in the community, the King Saud University (KSU) inked an agreement with the Charity Diabetes Society last Saturday, said, Dr. Abdul-Aziz Ar-Ruwais, the vice-president. “The KSU cares about an issue that draws attention of the whole world. Saudi Arabia is a part of the world, and figure of diabetes patients is 25% of the total population. This is why the KSU has proposed that the National diabetes Researches Centre might be alongside with the would-be medical city due to hit 100 million Saudi riyals. The KSU seeks to diminish cases of those affected with diabetes, and hopes that the agreement might help combat the disease,” added he.
