Investment in Information Tech in Seminar
The national 2nd seminar for Information Technology is held on May 18 thru 21 2008 after being approved of by King Abdullah Abdulaziz, the Custodian of the Holy Mosques. The seminar – Economy and Information Investment: Challenges and Solutions – is held by the college of computer science and information.
In statements, H.R.H Prince Dr. Majid Al-Saud, the seminar chairperson, who doubles as board chairman of Saudi Computer Association, said, “Depending upon investment in information technology is a basis of development nowadays. It supports economy; helps community progress; and guarantees success of economic development community. It helps drive the maximum benefit of available resources that help the development sectors nationwide.
