Different Year

KSU rector

King Saud University (KSU) goes different this year; it will go thru a long way, rejecting to be a sheer university, looking forward to be pioneer. It concentrates efforts to be a pioneer not at the national or regional level, rather at the international level. It has done what it takes to reach the goal hopefully.

KSU believes in team work, not solo. Namely, it can not reach its goals acting solo, but collectively. The university is of  big array: faculties, students, deans, financial capacities etc.

First of whom I need to address is faculty members. I call upon you to undertake a most advanced standard that goes better than the last year's since distinction knows no limits.  KSU depends upon you to be a pioneer since they are in touch everyday with undergraduates.

Second of whom I need to address is students. You are the heart and soul of the university; it cannot do without you. Take the pledge to be distinctive this year and to follow the university plans up to be atop together.

The third is freshmen. The university prides itself that you are on campus. It is awaiting for your participation in the development process going on.

Last but not least, I would like to congratulate all of you for the new academic year. I do assert that this very year will go different to all other years. It will be recorded in history and will be always in mind.

Finally, I pray Allah to bless us and our country in Ramadan. Verily, He is All-Hearing and the One and Only to accept our supplications.
