Deanship of Skills Development towards Excellence

The deanship of skills development works on creating an apt atmosphere allowing members of the faculty, the personnel, and the students develop their skills and enhance their capacities in the administrative, scientific, teaching domains. It focuses on honing up the skills of the faculty members as they are the nucleuses of the education process.

Professors' aspiration does not end at earning PhDs. PhDs are rather the keys to develop their skills and enhance their knowledge. This does not cast doubt on the high qualification of the faculty members; instead their extensive knowledge and strong academic background should be enhanced by keeping up with state-of-the-art-technology. They should apply latest techniques in education to compile the effective syllabi and to communicate effectively.

 This is clear in the instructions given by HE professor Dr. Abdullah Al-Uthman, KSU rector, to bring the international expertise in academic fields on campus to hone up the skills of the faculty members and to build up the education process in the anticipated strategic planning.
