Portal True Statistics

I have some comments on an interview run by Resalah newspaper with Dr. Fahd Al-Kheraijy, chair of media committee of the strategic planning.
Dr. Al-Kheraijy said, "90% of faculty members' websites did not meet the university requirements and some were not established yet. This is an exaggerated percentage. Portal latest statistics prove that the figure does not come up to 30%.
Dr. Al-Kheraijy said, "The weaknesses of the portal are websites of college, email system, and students. The log-on traffic does not exceed 1%." These statistics might be taken up from www.alexa.com. It provides the traffic of websites. Yet, the website provides non-updated data. These domains on the websites are no more in use like www.colleges.ksu.edu.sa. Their traffic must have been zero, not 1%. The same goes for www.students.ksu.edu.sa and www.mail.ksu.edu.sa.
Finally, the non-use of these domains is normal since they are old-fashioned and do not reflect the real portal traffic.
However, I would like to thank Dr. Al-Kheraijy for his statements.
