Lifelong Emails

The e-transaction deanship attempts to encourage to sign up for new emails on portal of the King Saudi University. It is a step ahead to lure students toward using KSU domain to be in touch with it for long. But, I have noticed that the emails are created based upon a student university number.
I think that the email format is not good, and many students might not like it. So, Resalah Newspaper might have to not publish the student email this way.
I propose that emails should be created from three initials of a student name, followed by three digits. For example, if a student is named, Mohammed Ahmad Saleh, and is admitted in 2004, his email should be msaleh004@ksu.edu.sa.
The KSU seeks to be in touch with the alumni, and the best way is emailing which should be in the best format. I am deadly sure that students will delete it once graduated, if continue this way.
I suggest that email format should be better off in a way maintaining students ID, encouraging them to keep email addresses for long. It is taken for granted that a student is an undergraduate for a day, a graduate for long. Let's make them lifelong emails.
