Dean’s Message

Welcome to the Arabic Language Institute site.  Our Institute offers useful and exciting academic programs in a number of disciplines that have been designed to meet the needs of learners of Arabic throughout the world.  The Institute was founded with the aim of designing and implementing programs for the teaching of Arabic.  In addition, the Institute seeks to achieve proficiency in both practical and theoretical fields.  It also seeks to provide students with the background necessary in theoretical and applied linguistics to prepare them for teaching Arabic  to non-Arabic learners.  In order to enhance and enrich the students’ experience in the Institute, numerous cultural, social, and academic events are also provided.

As the Dean of the Institute, I am proud of the excellence we have achieved in all aspects of the program.  All of the staff and students have contributed to making the Institute a vibrant and productive Arabic-language teaching center.
