Medical technology is a specialisation that integrates scientific knowledge and technological advancement and engineering skills. The department aspires to equip students with comprehensive knowledge about the designs of the diagnostic and treatment instruments, their manufacture, their functions, their maintenance, and their applications. Also, the department aims at training students in the basic skills which enhance the development of the clinical, academic, and industrial sectors in the kingdom.
