Oct.1990- up to date I do a continuous education of the hearing impaired and helping the handicapped and their parents to overcome the disability and reducing its side affects by rehabilitating the hearing impaired. As well as organizing the International Arabic Deaf Week from 1990 up to date. The event contains educational lectures, work shops, distributing instructive flayers & collecting donations from that donation, I helped the deaf adult female by opening a social club in Sept. 2005 where we give them educational courses i.e. (computer applications, sawing , hear dressing, nutrition & health programs) and in Nov. 2005 I offer 12 scholarships increasing to 65 in 2007 42 students male and 23 female, all are deaf to complete their study in the open university .Also, I work with charity associations for the disables and the orphans. I have several educational programs with the Saudi radio broadcast and TV "Future & Hope" program. Moreover, writing in the local newspapers about the hearing disability and the disciples in their different occasions.
ACADEMIC AND OTHER: (1) Lectures to the school health care units' physicians, Riyadh and train them how to detect hearing and speech disorder early as requested by school health services administration.
(2) Independent project at Al-Amal institute for the deaf ( n=190 ) age 4 – 13 years in Riyadh, 1991. And I found 13 students out of 190 were normal and I transferred them to study among normal students at ordinary school with intensive rehabilitation in hearing and speech.
(3) Independent project in early detection of communication disorder at nursery school, Riyadh (n=1400 girls) age 5 – 7 years in 1991.
(4) Independent project on the effect of noise of some professionals working under noise 8 hours / day ( n = 158 men ) ages between 20 to 50 years at medical rehabilitation center in Riyadh, 1991.
(5) Academic supervisor of requirement graduation project for medical student at neurology department of medical school. Study, of 12 men for investigation of the effect of the loud sound on the auditory response from the brain,1997, Nottingham University, U. K.
(6) Developing an early hearing loss detection program in ministry of Health, Saudi Arabia in 1994 and renew 1t in 1997, 1999, and 2001.
