One our area of research is to investigate the pathology of ocular tissue such cornea, retina and optic nerve in collaborations with ophthalmologist, consultants and surgeon.  Over the years we have investigated disorder of diseased cornea such as Gelatinous drop-like corneal dystrophy, Maroteaux-Lamy syndrome type B, Bullous keratopathy, Bowman’s layer corneal dystrophies types I and II and Granular dystrophy.  The work has been published in peer-review journals such as Achieve of Ophthalmology, Ophthalmology and Vision science, British Journal of Ophthalmology Investigative, Acta Ophthalmol Scand and Cornea.
