Diagnostic Radiography is an invaluable aid to physicians and surgeons in the diagnosis of disease, and the radiology technician is an essential member of the health care team. Responsibilities of radiographers include accurately positioning the patient, producing quality diagnostic images, good patient care and communication skills.
This is a 5-semester diploma program (66 credit hours) designed for high school graduates (science branch). The aim of this program is to prepare qualified persons in radiography (X-ray) and provide them with the basic knowledge in modem imaging modalities to cover the need of the hospitals and health care centers of the governmental and private health sectors.
