Workshop on representing the Study Plan of Local and International Architectural Departments
On Wednesday the 28th of November 2007, the College of Architecture and Planning had a workshop on representing the Study Plan of Local and International Architectural Departments. The College Council and the committee discussed the changes occurred to the study plan since the University changed the study program.
Representing students' Summer Training Activities in both Turkey and Italy and handing over certificates
Prof. Abdul-Aziz al-mogren Dean of College, handed over certificates to students who trained in Turkey and Italy.
In the beginning of the meeting, Prof. Abdul-Aziz al-mogren concentrated on the importance of the summer training program, especially abroad, for the great experience students may gain and the opportunity of facing new cultures.
Also Dr. Osama al-gohary, the Head of the Architecture and Building Science Department, briefly demonstrated the nature of the work done in Turkey, and Dr. Mustafa Baleela showed a brief presentation about the field trip to Italy.
Students showed their work in Turkey and Italy, and in the end they received their certificates.
