It gives me pride and honor to write few words before you so they may embody what I feel towards this dear College. Truly and indeed, this College was born grown up, although it suffered pains of delivery. My shared dream with my colleagues in this College was that it should become one of the remarkable faculties. Fortunately, officials of the university shared us this dream and offered a lot of efforts to make it come true. I would not talk about its wonderful departments which have been developed complying with the domestic and international needs and following the model of the best faculties of the world. Neither would I talk about the College teaching staff members whom any educational institution would be proud of, nor would I talk about its students who are the future hope, present successes, and the elite of public education in the kingdom. Neither would I talk about the colleagues employees at the College and their dedication in work to assist students and the College teaching staff members, nor would I talk about the university and College administration and their devotion in facilitating all obstacles.

I would only talk about post-natal period, which is by the time scale considered very brief. In that short period, distances have been reduced by the men's will, and with courage and support of decision-makers at the university. Methodology has become a matter of fact after it was a dream to comply with the latest methodologies in the notable world universities, and national and international academic approval became our foremost concern, and attracting the most prominent scientists and College teaching staff members is in full swing, and communication with the private sector reached an extent of competition among them to share the College in providing different programs for society service. Last but not least, the unique experiment of opening educational programs parallel to the higher studies and bachelor stage.

Finally, I ask Allah to keep our country and boost whoever manages to exalt his religion and homeland.
