About Us: The DPIC at the college of pharmacy, King Saud University was established in 1978 which is about the time when there was no such center. The aim is to optimize drug therapy for patients and promoting wellness by providing drug and poison information services to the various Kingdom hospitals and to train pharmacy students to take this responsibility. Services from the Center are available to healthcare professionals and members of the lay public. The center responds each year to a minimum of 10,000 drug and poison requests. Working hours: 5 days per week (Saturday-Wednesday): between 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
