 5 College photocopy center is fulfilling its role
   
 6 You are able to meet with the course instructor when needed
   
 7 Academic affairs office is playing a positive role
   
 8 Academic announcements are clear and available everywhere in the college
   
 9 College extracurricular activities are sufficient and benefit the students
