New Research Chair in Pharmaceutics Dr. Fars Alanazi, the associate professor of pharmaceutics, announced that the department has won a research chair in Pharmaceutics. Active endeavors are underway to start working in this research chair. Department Contributions to Health Care The drug manufacturing units in the department are currently contributing to replenishing the drug supplies in King Khalid University Hospital and other hospitals. Al-Suwayeh New Chairman of Pharmaceutics: Dr. Saleh Al-Suwayeh, associate professor of pharmaceutics, has recently been appointed head of the department of Pharmaceutics. Dr. Al-Suwayeh has extensive administrative experience from his previous post as vice dean at the deanship for Scientific research. Dr. Al-Suwayeh's chairman office is located in room A A 56. Pharm.D. Program Active steps are undertaken towards the implementation of the new Pharm.D. program. The program is planned to be launched in the first semester of the next academic year.
