Departments of the College of Sciences
1)
Department of Mathematics: It
offers B.Sc., Master and Ph.D. degrees to both male and
female students. Graduates will have the opportunity to work
in the fields of teaching and computers.
2)
Department of Statistics and Operations
Research: It offers B.Sc. degrees in Statistics,
B.Sc. degrees in operations Research to male students. It
also offers M.Sc. degrees to both male and female students.
Graduates have the opportunity to work in statistics
departments in government jobs, or in the private sectors in
the fields of production programming, production planning
and production distribution, and also in communication
control and operations planning.

Department of Physics: It offers
B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees to both male and female
students. Graduates have the opportunity to work in
government sectors, teaching, Ministry of Health and private
sector.

Department of Astronomy: It offers
Bsc. Degreesto male students.
5)
Department of Geology: It offers B.Sc., and
M.Sc. degrees in Geology, and B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in
Geophysics to male students. Graduates have the opportunity
to work in the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources
or in the Ministry of Agriculture and Water or in the
Ministry of Communications and Transportation, or in Civil
Defense or in the private companies of petroleum and
Mineralization.

Department of Chemistry: It offers B.Sc., M.Sc.
and Ph.D. degrees to both male and female students.
Graduates have the opportunity to work in the fields of
teaching or company laboratories.

Department of Biochemistry: It offers B.Sc. and
M.Sc. degrees to both male and female students. Graduates
have the opportunity to work in teaching or in government
ministries, such as Defense or Commerce or Agriculture or
Health, or in private companies, clinics, factories or
laboratories.

Department of Zoology: It offers
B.Sc. degrees to male students and M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees
to both male and female students. Graduates have the
opportunity to work for the Saudi Arabian Standards
Organization and in various government sectors, as well as
in farms and in animal fattening, and in private sectors
relevant to their specialization.
