1. The Message of The Physical and Applied Sciences
· The Department of Physical and Applied Sciences is considered one of the specialized scientific departments in Huraimlla Community College-King Saud University. The department supervises a transitional program which offers a bachelor degree in mathematics and a qualifying program in the field of computer science. It, also, contributes in preparing and qualifying students to work in different establishments in the field of computer science technology, including visual programming, data instruction, data base, and operation and maintenance systems.
· The department offers consultation services in contribution in solving administrative problems and serving the establishments working in surrounding environment through providing financial, administrative, and economic consultations.
· The department works on developing qualified cadre and leaders who can lead business organization on the level of the governorates and the Kingdom.
2. The Vision
· The Department of Physical and Applied Sciences seeks to advance technical knowledge in computer science and excellence by offering study programs in order to qualify students (and Capable researchers) to undertake work in organization and advance the level of performance there.
3. General Goals
· To achieve a considerable level in developing the students technical and applied capabilities
· To develop the technical capabilities for workers in business organizations.
· To implement research projects for business organizations
· The continual development of staff members skills in using the computer.  |
