Department News:

 

- Dr. Rashed Al-Rushould, the dean of the college officially opened the English Language Club on Saturday 7/11/1428Ah. The club will improve, boost and enhance students' skills in the English language. All students will be able to use and benefit from this Lab; the students of the department in particular will be its regular visitors. The department teaching staff will shoulder the responsibility of the club.

- Dr, Majdi, a new assistant professor in Economics and Islamic Banking, was the latest to join the department.

 

 

College admission Requirements

1- Admission to the community college is open to all secondary school graduates: scientific, literary, commercial in addition to graduates from institutes of Islamic Studies. The Community college requires ( like other colleges at the university) that the student's major in the secondary school match the new program one wishesl join.

Admission Requirements can be summarized as follows:

1- To be a secondary school (or equivalent) graduate.

2- To provide a Placement Test results.

3- To pass the personal interview required for majors demanding personal interview.

4- To be a full- time student for either morning or evening classes.

Documents Required for Admission

Admission to the college will be processed through Registration and Admission Department in Riyadh. The following documents should be made available for admission purposes:

1- The original copy of the secondary school certificate along with four copies.

2- The original along with two copies of the certificate of good conduct.

3- A copy of personal identity card and family book along with the original for authentication .

                    4- Four personal recent photos (6 x 4).

Transfer Rules to the College

A- Any student of King Saud University can transfer to any carrier programs provided his major in the secondary school match the new program one wishes to join.

B- Any student of King Saud University can transfer to any transfer program in the college provided that one’s major in the secondary school certificate match the new program desired and the accumulative grade point average be no less than 2:00 (out of 5).
