The overall objectives of the establishment of the symposia and lectures are:

1.       Building the personality of the student intellectually and socially. 

2.       Providing the students the experience and skill in organizing lectures.

3.       Educating the students with the public and the developments taking place in the global arena.

4.       Raise issues and concerns for the young people in science.

5.       Get the students to listen to the opinion raised by other people.
