Media and Information Committee

 
The primary role of the Committee is to highlight all the student activities within and outside the College which can be achieved through: 

1.            Linking College community with the outer society through the media coverage.

2.            Refinement and development of the talents of the students through the media work.

3.            Guide students by highlighting activities which would suit their talents and aspirations.

4.            Highlight events occurring within the College. 

 

Subcommittees 

 

Investigations and News Releases Committee

 
The objectives of this Committee are as follows: 

1.            Update the administration of the various events and activities.

2.            Coordinate with the press on the editing and publishing of the news in the University newspaper.

3.            Gather news from the Departments of the College and keep a record of the documents.

4.            Send the College news to local newspapers. 

 

Documentation Committee

The objectives of this committee are as follows: 

1.            Portraying activities by digital video camera.

2.            Supplying images to the Editorial Committee and publishing in the University newspaper. 

 

Coordination and Follow-up Committee

 The objectives of this committee are as follows:

 1.            Design advertisement and distribute

2.            Coordinate and check the billboards

3.            Follow-up the news about the College in local newspapers

4.            Post the documentation in the notice boards

5.            Coordinate with other committees

   

Public Relations Committee

The objectives of this committee are as follows: 

1.            Collect media materials

2.            Keep an archive of the materials collected.

3.            Coordinate with the faculty members and administrators in the process of collecting the materials.

 

Editing and Publishing Committee

 The objectives of this committee are as follows:

1.            Edit and coordinate the production of all leaflets and flyers of the  

       Commission with the cooperation of all the sub-committees.

2.            Distribute the leaflets.
