Firstly : Establishment :

The Islamic culture department was founded in the year 93/1394 correspondent to 73/1974 hence, it is counted as the third department of the education college after the department of education and psychology .

Secondly : Department academic assignments :

The department is assaming department assignment on two axis:

- General for all the university students .

- Special for the students specialization.

In concern of the first axi – The department presents eight hours for all the university students (mme-femes/ which represent four curriculums as follows :

1-            101 – I.C. introduction to Islamic culture.

2-            102 – I.C. Islamic and building of community.

3-            103 – I.C. the economical (system ) regulation in Islam.

4-            104 – I.C. The political regulation in Islam.

These curriculum  aim to form unified Islamic, awareness on students , that able them to understand Islam and work on it. Also, they can face the destructive culture, social and ethical currents.

The second axis – it is the specialized section where the department present, ( Eighty units ) for the students ( 60 units) for the department students and ( 20 hours) for each course of three department lines ( creed – Exegesis and Hadith (P. Mohamed sayings) jurisprudence and fundamentals ) these curriculum's aim to graduate qualify distinguished .

 

 

Religious sciences teachers for higher studies or to work in another fields such as information and mission , law claim , and investigation .

Females students specialization :

The department has been opened in 1406/1407 for the females students specialization which included all the quree courses ( lines ) (Creed – Exgesis & Hadith ( P.Mohd. sayings ) (Purisprudence & fundamentals ) to align the muslim . Woman awaring her the religion and her mission in life.
