Admission  Requirements.:

Article (13) from the consolidated rule of higher studies in universities which states the followings:

Applicant shall be a Saudi national and non-Saudi should be have an official scholarship for higher students.

Applicants should obtain a university  degree from a Saudi university or other recognized university.

Should be medically fit with good conduct and behavior.

Present two recommendations from former  teachers.

Reference acceptance from his employer if he is an employee.  

Mainly , full time devotion for Ph.d studies.

University board may exclude it  from these instructors if necessary.

Study regulation:

In the curriculums with the doctrine , the student shall not record his  thesis unless he passes and comprehensive exam

- No. of curriculums hours :- the student

Shall study twenty hours in the two semesters

 Creed  Speculation :-

Ph.D program , in creed  aims to the following:

1)       Graduate generation from Islamic scholars (OLAMAH) about capable to demonstrate the Islamic ideology and rooted it , confront its rivalries by confronting doubts , clarify realities to treat competent and effectively intellectual problems.

2)       Provide Universities , high institutes specialized scientific centers by qualified personnel holding Ph.D degrees.

3)       Abide  to the Islamic methodology represented in the P. Mohd. companions, his followers from Islamic scholars (ULAMAH) studying the ideology of Islam , treat the it cases and issues , following scientific methodology and adhere to objectivity in research of study.

4)        To fundamentalze the Islamic base where the student can study philosophical and intellectuality moderns, ancients or contemporary ideologies wherever their trends and settlings such base , where he can smoothly and adequate scientific approach achieve their predictions veiling their false and destructive willing (intentions).

Exegesis & Hadith ( Prophet .Mohammed sayings) Specialization
 Program objectives : Ph.d program in Exegesis & Hadith (P. Mohamed sayings) aims to the following : -

1- Prepare professional researches in Quran sciences and Hadith , capable for :

(a) Settle to study nation scholars ( leaders in Exegesis and other Quaranic sciences, Hadith sciences, an analytic study showing their strength and addition able issues.  

(b) Produce contemporary studies to upraise the Islamic culture science correction showing the logical straight line. Lacerative , conducted issues in Quaran & Hadith ( P. Mohamed sayings) .

( c ) Settle the scientific connection between researchers in Quaran sciences, Hadith science, and researchers in all law (Sharia ) sciences and others from the other side.

( d ) pay attention to rabidity around doubts to adequately criticize them scientifically.

2- Describe the Islamic advantage to assign news, distinguish correct.

3- Supply universities high institutes research . Centers in & outside the kingdom with teachers researcher expertise in Quranic & Hadith studies.

Phd. Program   jurisprudence   (Figh ) and fundamental  aims to :

Prepare distinguished jurisprudence specialist capable to realise the following  :

 Teach in universities.

Conduct researches , studies in various jurisprudence (Figh) subjects and specially the recent issues.

New writing of Islamic Jurisprudence apt. to the time .

Sort the valuable transcripts in this specialization , realize custody them.
