Communication Skills Laboratory

  Lab Description

This is one of the new landmarks of Electrical Engineering Department. It was established in 2003 to support teaching
the new course EE 399: Communication and Presentation
Skills for all students in Electrical Engineering department.
The University and the Department have funded this center
generously. It is equipped and furnished in a way to
facilitate teaching and practicing all basic skills such as;
writing, presentation, thinking, searching, teaming, and
evaluation skills. The internal layout of the center is designed
carefully in order to simulate a working environment rather than just a regular class room. The center adopts special policies such as; using English language in all activities, novel evaluation procedures, strong emphasis on discipline, and creativity.
The vision of the center is to be a training center for all
Electrical Engineering students and staff to enhance and strengthen their communication skills.
