The vission of the Agricultural Research Center is to raise agricultural research in order to solve agricultural problems and use modern technology to serve national agricultural sector overcoming the environmental conditions of Saudi Arabia.
Mission
The mission of the Agricultural Research Center is to encourage and support agricultural research to facilitate, improve and develop agricultural sector in Saudi Arabia.
Objectives
1. Encouraging and funding the academic and applied research in the various agricultural activities.
2. Concentrating on the problems of using the agricultural resources in the kingdom in order to solve the local problems.
3. Contribution in the scientific publishing and urging the staff members to write and translate the scientific publications.
4. Exchange the experience and create the appropriate climate for research and coordinating among the different scientific research organizations.
5. Urging the college departments to develop the different studies.
6. Encouraging formation or research teams and cooperation with researchers from different places.
7. Reviewing the funded studies by the agricultural research center.
