Thank you for stopping by the Animal production Department web site. The department has an essential role since its establishment in 1385 serving the agricultural and industrial sectors through graduation of 700 students in bachelor degree and 37 students in master degree. 

 

The Animal production Department has a faculty consisting of 16 outstanding scientists in all animal production fields, providing you with a challenging and stimulating curriculum in teaching and research.

 

The Department offers undergraduate and graduate programs  (Master and Doctor of Philosophy degrees) in animal production.

 

Graduate Program in the Department of animal production is open to students who have a B.Sc. and M. S. degrees in animal production. 

 

The department of animal production deals with the academic and applied aspects of animal and poultry production and research, breeding and genetic improvement, management and disease control. The department concentrates on research oriented towards increasing animal productivity in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
